Dance

Instructor: Jennifer Gust

Our newest junior high elective course option is dance. It is designed to teach jazz, musical theater, hip-hop, and an introduction to ballet. It is appropriate for dancers of all levels, from beginners to advanced. Technique/steps will be taught to their individual level.

The students will learn basic terminology and will be taught a combination (short dance) after each style; the students will be able to incorporate their own moves into the dance as well. There will be a performance at the end of every trimester, so they can show all they have learned.
