FCS Installs Interactive “Smart” Boards in 3rd -8th Grade classrooms
Foothill Christian school has installed interactive “smart board” technology into every 3rd through 8th grade classroom. The Interwrite Interactive White Boards and Projector system has introduced a whole new dynamic to learning in our classrooms. Within moments teachers can transport their students anywhere on the planet with Google Earth software, or have students create graphic organizers with input from the whole class--all without leaving the front of the classroom. Teachers can project any resource available on the world wide web in front of the students, make notes, and then save it all, even making it accessible as a PDF through our web resources. Students today are not limited by the confines of their houses while at home, and with the Interwrite Interactive Whiteboards, neither are they limited by the classroom walls. The world is our classroom!
